# Add Credits

## How to Add Credits to Your Krutrim Cloud Account

Credits keep your Krutrim Cloud services running. This guide walks you through buying credits, understanding what you'll pay, and avoiding service interruptions.

### Before you begin

* **Where credits work:** Credits bought on this page apply **only to Krutrim Cloud services**. They **cannot be transferred to Ola Maps**. To add credit to Ola Maps, follow the [guide](https://maps.olakrutrim.com/credit-guide#add-credits).
* **Pay as you go:** Krutrim Cloud Credits are pay-as-you-go. You're charged for what you use, drawn from your credit balance.
* **Non-refundable:** Purchased credits **cannot be refunded**, so choose your amount carefully.

### Step-by-step: Buy credits

#### 1. Open the Add Credits page

Go to **Home → Administration→ Cloud Billing → Add Credits**.

#### 2. Enter your amount

In the **Enter amount** box, type the amount in Indian Rupees (₹) you want to add. The box shows ₹1000 as an example, but you can enter any amount that suits your needs.

#### 3. Review your Order Summary

Once you enter an amount, the summary updates automatically:

| Line                      | What it means                                  |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **Krutrim Cloud Credits** | The amount of credits you're buying            |
| **Taxes and Fees**        | GST at 18%, added on top of your credit amount |
| **Total**                 | The final amount you will pay                  |

Until you enter an amount, everything shows ₹0.00.

#### 4. Complete your purchase

Click **Purchase Credits**. This button stays greyed out until you enter a valid amount. To leave without buying, click **Cancel**.

### Avoid service interruptions with Auto Credits

Don't want to worry about running out? Click **"Avoid service interruptions – Set up Auto Credits →"**, just below the amount box, to set up automatic top-ups so your services keep running.

### Track your purchases

The **Recent Transactions** panel on the right shows your latest activity:

* **Date** of the transaction
* **Status** of the payment
* **Amount** of credit added

Click **View all transactions →** to see your full history.

**Status labels**

| Status         | Meaning                                          |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Success**    | Your payment went through and credits were added |
| **Subscribed** | The credit was added through a subscription      |

### Quick FAQ

**Why is my total higher than the amount I entered?** GST (18%) is added to the credit amount.

**Why can't I click Purchase Credits?** Enter an amount first. The button becomes active once you do.

**Can I get a refund on credits I bought?** No. Purchased credits are non-refundable.

**How do I stop my services from running out of credits?** Set up Auto Credits from the link under the amount box.
